We begin with some light stretching exercises to get our bodies ready for storytime. Let’s make sure we’re all limbered up!

• Arm Stretches: Cross one arm over your body and pull it gently with your other arm. Switch arms and repeat.
• Overhead Stretch: Raise one arm over your head and pull it with your opposite hand. Repeat with the other arm.
• Leg Stretches: Straighten your legs, point your toes, then flex them back. Repeat. Hold your knee to your chest and switch legs.
• Neck Rolls: Gently roll your neck in circles, looking down and then up. Repeat.
• Full-Body Shake: Wiggle your fingers and toes and shake your body to release any remaining tension.

With these stretches done, we’re feeling limbered up and ready to dive into the next part of our journey!
